REGULATION

Article 1.- ORGANIZERS

ESCANFRAGA TRAIL 2018 is organized by the Department of Sports of the
City Council of La Oliva and The Caima Handball Club, under the direction of Rubén
Novoa Jurado organizer of this edition.

Article 2.- PLACE AND DATE OF CELEBRATION

The race will take place in the town of Villaverde on September 30, 2018.
Both the start and the finish line will be located in the cultural center of Villaverde.

Trail 29 Km .: 08:00 a.m.
Trail 11 Km .: 10:00 a.m.
Hiking 11 Km .: 10:05 a.m.
Article 3.- DISTANCES

11 km trail
Hiking of 11 Km.
Article 4.- REGISTRATIONS

* Refund only in case of illness (presenting medical report)

Article 5.- PARTICIPATION

In the race runners of any nationality, federated and not
federated:

Junior category: 18, 19 and 20 years.
Senior category: from 21 years old.
Sub category promise: 21, 22 and 23 years.

Sub category veteran: from 40 years in the female and 45 in the male.

Article 6.- LIMIT OF BROKERS

To ensure the safety and comfort of runners, places will be limited
to 500 places:

11 km Trail: 200 seats.
29 km trail: 100 places.
Hiking 11 Km: 100 seats.
Article 7.- SERVICES TO THE BROKER

T-SHIRT: Technical shirt, dorsal and timing of the race delivery.

TRAINING AND GOAL TRAINING: Liquid supplies in the race and
solids (fruit) + liquids in meta.

MEDICAL AND FIRST AID SERVICES: Healthcare service throughout
of the route and hospitalito in goal.

MEDICAL INSURANCE: The organization will hire sports accident insurance
for each of the participants in the race.

Article 8.- AITRACKING

TRAIL 11 Km / Hiking 11 Km: Liquid refreshment at kilometer 4.

TRAIL 29 Km: Liquid refreshment at km 6, 10, 16, 22 and 27.

The Organization reserves the right to locate the refreshments during the
travel according to the most suitable places for it and as close as possible to the
kilometric points indicated above.

Article 9.- PRIZES AND TROPHIES

Delivery of the ¨Finisher¨ medal for all participants.

Trophy delivery for the absolute winners.

Trophy delivery for winners by categories:

Senior (18/35 years old): Male - Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Veteran A (35/45 years old): Male - Feminine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Veteran B (over 45 years old): Male - Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Article 10.- DATA PROTECTION

By registering for ESCANFRAGA TRAIL, participants give their consent to
that the organization of the event by itself or through third parties, treat
automatically and exclusively for sports, promotional or
commercial, your personal data. In accordance with what is established in the
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Data of Character
Personal, the participant has the right to access these files in order to
rectify or cancel your content in whole or in part. To request the withdrawal you must

Likewise and according to the sports interests, promotion, distribution and
exploitation of the ESCANFRAGA TRAIL, the runners authorize the organizers
from the event to the total or partial recording of their participation in the test through
photographs, films, television, radio, video, Internet and any other means
known or to be known, so that all rights related to its exploitation
commercial and advertising that is considered appropriate, without time limit and without
right to receive financial compensation.

Article 11.- DECLARATION OF THE PARTICIPANTS

When making the registration payment to ESCANFRAGA TRAIL under my responsibility:

NOT to suffer acquired or congenital physical conditions, and / or injuries that could cause disorders in my health or living conditions, as a consequence of my participation in the ESCANFRAGA TRAIL.
I have carried out the relevant medical check-ups and I am medically fit and adequately trained to carry out the activities that will be carried out at ESCANFRAGA TRAIL.
I promise to collaborate and comply with the instructions received (organizers, Local Police, Civil Protection, Volunteers, Judges, etc.), to ensure the safety of all
