Race location

The two races will start and finish at Playitas Resort, with control closing at 3:00 p.m.

Dorsal collecting address

The organization will provide the mandatory bib number for all participants and the chip for timing. It is very important to properly place the number and the chip for identification on the front of the bicycle. The bib collection will take place on the day: Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2024 (same day of the test) from 07:30 a.m. to 08:30 a.m. The pickup location is at Playitas Resort. To collect the number, your DNI or similar will be essential. In no case will bibs that do not correspond to the interested party be delivered unless express written authorization on paper and a copy of the participant's ID; documents that will remain in the possession of the Organization. The attempt or resale of the registration rights and consequently the participation with another person's number will mean the expulsion of the event, both for the seller and the buyer.

Return policy

Registration is personal and non-transferable, and the right cannot be transferred to third parties. Registration for the second edition of PlayitasBike includes a refund of the amount in the following cases:  If the cancellation of the test is communicated up to 15 days before the celebration, 50% of the registration value will be returned.  The last 15 days before the test there will be no refund of the amount of the test. registration for any event including injuries, accidents, travel, changes work shift, etc.  The participant who cannot attend the test may not transfer his or her registration to another person under any circumstances, including those in the previous point.  Modality changes are not allowed during the 15 days prior to the test or once registrations are sold out.  In case of partial return, the registered participant will lose the rights relating to the broker's stock. The fact of registering for the event expressly implies acceptance of the cancellation and refund policy set out in this point, through express consent during the registration process.
