I TRAVESIA MUSEO ATLANTICO BAHIA PLAYA BLANCA - YAIZA

INTRODUCTION.
The following regulations apply to the Atlantic Museum Crossing - Playa Blanca, a test promoted by the Open Water Sports Association of Lanzarote Vulcano Triathlon, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports of Yaiza, Cabildo de Lanzarote and private companies.

In case of doubt in its interpretation, the opinion and decision of the Organization will prevail.

All participants with their registration fully accept this regulation. In matters not resolved in this regulation, the Organization will resolve. This regulation may be corrected, modified or improved at any time by the organization without prior notice.

PROOF, DATE AND PLACE OF CELEBRATION.

La Travesía is integrated into the Canarias Natación Aguas Abiertas regional circuit.

The swim test consists of a distance of approximately 4000 meters, and can be modified according to weather conditions.

The test will take place on Sunday July 22, 2018, the marked route will be made with direction from the exit off the coast of Papagayo beach to finish at Playa Blanca.

Departure times: 09:00 h. Test of 4000 meters.

The goal control closure is set to the hour with forty-five minutes (1h45), from the start of the race. Establishing a control step in the km 2 of the crossing, taking the participant to pass in a maximum of 50 minutes from the time of departure. Any athlete who does not meet the time may be disqualified or remain under their responsibility, as determined by the organization.

PLANO TRAVEL:

The test presents a swimming tour on the crystalline bay of the beaches of Papagayo Beaches and passing over the Atlantic Museum, and continue towards Playa Blanca, Yaiza. Finishing at Playa Dorada.

PARTICIPATION
Open to all lovers of swimming and sports, Federated or No. It is an event with limited participation to swimmers accepted by rigorous order of confirmation registration, as well as a minimum participation number to be able to celebrate the crossing.
.- The participants who want to score for the AA Canarian Cup must comply with both the specific regulations of the corresponding stage and that of the AA Canarian Cup.
.- Participants who do NOT want to score for the AA Canarian Cup must only comply with the specific regulations of the corresponding stage.

.- The disclaimer of minors when registering will request the appropriate information from the person authorizing said minor to participate, requesting complete information with his / her ID.

WAITING LIST
It will be formed by all swimmers who have run out of space. The organization will communicate via email to contact them in case of casualties, if after sending an email to the athlete on the waiting list and no response was obtained in less than 12 hours, the shift will go to the next waiting list.
