REGISTRATION

Andalucía Bike Race presented by Shimano allows you to define a tailored to needs registration. Starting from the standard registration, you can add the services you want.

You also have a full board premium pack, ideal for those who do not want to worry about anything and be taken care of more personally.

This registration is hired via e-mail and is payed through bank transfer.

It is limited to thirty (30) teams.

ENTRY FEE & PERIODS

• First period: until the 6th of January 2016 = 890 €/team.

• Second period: from from the 7th until 31st of January 2016 = 1.090 €/team.

Registrations limited to 400 teams (800 participants).

CANCELATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellations and/or changes must be submitted by e-mail to registration@andaluciabikerace.com and entail the following penalties applied to the entry fee, services hired and products acquired:

• Cancellations requested until the 30th of November 2015: no penalty.

• Cancellations requested until the 6th of January 2016: 15% penalty.

• Cancellations requested until the 31st of January 2016: 25% penalty.

Neither cancellations nor modifications are admitted from the 1st of February 2016 and will be reallocated for the next edition, being into effect for one single edition.

If the any of the rates of the upcoming edition increase, the difference must be payed.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

By clicking on the tab, you enter the competition’s registration form.

Before entering the registration platform, check that the credit card which you will pay with is activated to work in a secure e-commerce system and has enough limit expenditure.

1. Register in the registration platform.
2. Enter the team's name and category.
3. Enter the details of the first member of the team and the additional services and products s/he wants to acquire.
4. Repeat the process for the second team member.
5. Make a single payment for the team’s total amount.

Registering for the competition implies having read and accepted the data protection policy, the cancelation policy, the responsibility policy and the competition’s regulations.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

According to the organic law 15/1999, regarding personal data protection, we inform you that your details will be stored in a file property of Octagon Esedos S.L. Your personal details can be used to keep you informed, send you offers and post questionnaires of your interest, directly or through third party companies. We inform you about the possibility of executing, at any time, the access rights, correction, cancelation or opposition of your personal details through an electronic mail to info.spain@octagon.com or through a letter addressed to c/ Francesc Moragas 1, 08770 Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Barcelona).

RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

As acparticipant of the event, I confirm that:

• I have read the regulations of the event which can be checked on the official website.

• I declare that I have read the mentioned regulations which I accept in its entirety.

• I understand that the event is arranged on public roads with open traffic.

• I accept the risks included in this event that is arranged on public roads with open traffic.

• I agree to follow the norms of the Road Safety Act and its regulations, to ensure my own safety as well as the rest of the road users’ safety.

• I release the organisers, the president and board of the club, any employees of Octagon Esedos S.L., the Andalusian Cycling Federation, the Royal Spanish Cycling Federation, the International Cycling Union and/or any other person or entity connected to the organisation of the event, from the responsibilities arising from any accident caused, both related to the open traffic as any sports accidents.

• I release all the above mentioned from any damage which might be caused by health reasons, arising from my participation in the event, personally assuming the inherent risk to health related to the physical effort required to participate in this event.

• I release all the above mentioned from any responsibility that participating in the event may arise such as loss or damage to personal items, theft, losses or other circumstances.

• Particularly, I release the organisation from any liability in relation to a possible theft, loss or damage of any kind, affecting the bike on which I take part of the event, being personally responsible for its safety and attention at all times.

• I declare that I understand, as I have been explained, and that I am satisfied with the information I have received, having been able to ask questions to resolve any doubts in relation to the inherent risks of taking part of the event, such as:

◦ The existence of all kind of vehicles, not part of the organisation, circulating at the same route as the event.

◦ These vehicles circulate amongst the cyclists as regular users of the public roads.

◦ I accept and understand that I might find all kind of vehicles traveling in the opposite direction of the event as well as in the same direction as the event.

◦ I accept and understand that there are intersections, not controlled by the organisation of the event, from which vehicles might incorporate onto the road where all kinds of vehicles have the right to circulate.

◦ That there are some dangerous stretches where I must be extremely cautious.

◦ That there are long, twisty downhills where I have to moderate the speed to prevent hurting myself and/or others.

◦ That there are stretches where the terrain does not accomplish the adequate conditions for safety, as well as several tunnels that might not be illuminated, I exclude the organisation for any responsibility related to any damage I might suffer due to bad road conditions or due to defects in the road infrastructure.

◦ That there is an inherent risk in suffering a sports accident practicing cycling, I personally assume the responsibility of the accidents I might cause to any of the other participants taking part of the event, excluding the organisation from any responsibility arising from these accidents.

◦ That it is possible to cause an accident involving third parts not taking part of the event, I personally assume the total responsibility of this accident and exclude the organisation from any responsibility arising from these accidents.
